Reservation service
Booking process: Customers can book a any product by contacting us via WhatsApp. Please provide us with your name, contact details, and the date on which you need the product.
Payment terms: Customers need to pay 20% of the booking amount in advance to confirm their booking. We accept payments via STC Pay. The remaining amount needs to be paid at the time of delivery.
Cancellation policy: Customers can cancel their booking up to 48 hours after the booking the product. If they cancel after 48 hours of the booking date, they will forfeit their advance payment.
Terms and conditions: Customers can book any product at any time with the agreed price or offer.
